3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED GOODS
The items offered for sale are those that appear in our catalog published on our website pro.jeanmarcphilippe.com. Each product is accompanied by a description and a photograph.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible and fall within the contractual scope. However, we inform the Customer that they cannot ensure a perfect similarity. 7. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Even though buyers are professionals in the sector and do not benefit as such from the legal right of withdrawal applicable to consumers, Jean Marc Philippe wished to grant them the right to return a product that would not satisfy them, for any reason whatsoever.
To benefit from this return policy, buyers must strictly respect the following conditions:
● The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely, following a telephone or off-premises canvassing, without having to justify his decision or bear costs other than those provided for in the articles;
● Return of the Products in their original packaging and packaging (if present upon receipt of the package): blister, plastic pouch... original;

9. DELIVERY

JMP will not be held responsible for delays or the impossibility for the buyer to comply with his obligations under the JMP GTC if the delay or impossibility results from a cause beyond his reasonable control.
Nothing in the JMP GTC is intended to limit or exclude JMP's liability in the event of fraud, or in the event of death or personal injury caused by negligence or gross misconduct.
In any case, JMP's liability can under no circumstances be incurred for an amount greater than the amount of the order and limited to a maximum flat-rate of 50,000.00 euros including VAT.

These online conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute on the merits or forms, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
